Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge organized by the Shine with Steem community. Where as our challenge is to demonstrate the depth of my analysis and findings, I will focus specifically through this competition. 🌟 How do you handle yourself when making decisions? Are you able to solve problems?

While taking any decision I always prefer to take decision based on the situation and I make the right decision according to the situation which increases morale and brings success in work.

Talking about handling myself here also I will think about handling myself considering the situation. One thing we have to keep in mind is that any decision is better to be taken with a cool head in order to arrive at the right decision and that person can improve at work by his right decision.

Most of the time I am able to solve various problems in my work because I am quite self-reliant. Basically I can work hard so I can solve most of my problems. Solving any problem requires patience, right knowledge, time considering the things I solve my problems.

🌟 Intelligent people know how to align their abilities with their possibilities, do you think that is the secret to success from your perspective?

The question above states that smart people know how to align their abilities with their potential, which I agree with and I think this is the foundation of a smart person's success.

Achieving success in any work requires right decision and then patience, which is done by a conscious intelligent person. Looking at these people shows that they are successful in their work and they manage their life quite well.

🌟 Creativity is often associated with the artistic but it goes beyond that, how creative are you? Do you find it difficult to conceive ideas?

I consider myself creative to find ideas on any difficult topic. Because in order to gain ideas on any subject, one needs own knowledge, patience, time which are the things that create creativity. In order to get an idea about anything, one has to apply one's own knowledge over time, which is part of creativity. So in short I can find ideas on any difficult subject with creativity using my knowledge, patience, proper timing.

🌟 Are you able to work and have people around you who are smarter than you? What advantages are there in that?

Yes, I feel that there are many people around me who are much smarter than me.

Because I believe everyone's behavior, thinking, work concept is very different from me because they are more creative than me and they are smarter than me.

Although we are the same people, my standard of living is different from person to person, so my thoughts will never be the same as someone else's thoughts, that's why there are many people who are less creative than me and there are people who are more creative than me, which is quite normal.

🌟 How easily do you adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of ​​your life? Does it usually overwhelm you or the opposite?

I am adapting myself to this situation by expanding some areas of work in my life. Because I am a government official where my work is in a government organization where I have fixed deadlines every day.

But I have chosen to keep myself busy and creative by working on Steemit in my free time at home with that job which is a source of extra work for me from which I can be creative day after day and this time of work increases and I adapt myself to this situation.
