Why you feel weak when afraid

Fear hurts, the fell of of fear is like paralysis. This feel reduces your capability to the least as human. What fear does to a man is majorly pain, but the good thing is that some believe without pain there can't be gain. Which means your own fear can later be in your favour.
According to Oxford dictionary,
Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm.

Ugly, could be scary,

huge, could be scary, sharp, could be scary. Blunt, could be scary,
very tiny and fast could be creepy which is scary.

Fire could even bring fear.

The fear to experience the same fate as another person could be so terrifying.

But there is one thing that remains a constant since infinity the more familiarity, understanding and knowledge you have about this things the smaller the fear you have for it.
When I was younger I was so afraid of the dark that I ran to the bathroom in the dark to use it because I taught some creatures could be in the dark. But when I started to understand while growing up that a physical creature couldn't just break in without everyone waking up just to scare me was so dumb and impossible, then I became more fearless in the dark.

The more you get afraid the more vulnerable to attack you become. Recently I was a bit afraid about something I wouldn't be sharing in this content but that time, I tried my best to act like I wasn't afraid so those looking up to me wouldn't get afraid too.
The reason people feel weak when afraid is because you already accepted defeat without a fight in your mind, so how can you not be weak.

Fears like
Nyctophobia : fear of the dark
Hydrophobia : fear of water
Acrophobia : fear of hights
Coulrophobia : fear of clowns

All this kind of fears could be outgrown just like how I outgrew fear of the dark. You just need to understand the reality behind this fear a bit more.
Note the more fear you seem to have over any living thing the more power you give that living thing over you and vise versa, even if it's an animal.
Never be afraid it only worsen your situation most times.
