In the last episode of La Casa de Papal aka Money Heist, Raquel asks the Professor how long did it take him to start thinking about the second heist after the first one.

Professor claimed 48-24 hours!

DAMN!

I mean, a man like him who is driven by ambition and his whole life revolves around planning the supposedly biggest heists in history would have felt depressed if he didn't do that.

Just like astronauts claimed to be depressed after the moon landing.

I have found that it is neurochemically not possible to feel that intense joy for long after you have achieved a big goal.

you might feel better while achieving a small milestone than achieving an as huge goal as landing on the moon.

This is why you should acknowledge your wins !

You should celebrate small achievements.

You learned something new? Pat your back.

You earned your first income? Give charity and do something good for yourself.

You did good in exams? Take a day off to sleep.

Don't wait for bigger wins to make you feel happy.

Enjoy and celebrate your small steps.
