Reflect On Yourself, And Contemplate The Future.
Hello everyone, how are you? I wish you always happy and always healthy.
On this occasion I just want to write about a motivation that is beneficial for myself and may also be useful for all of you.
Once, I went to the city bus terminal in Lhokseumawe to buy a ticket for a trip to the city of Banda Aceh, Indonesia. At that moment I saw a middle-aged woman selling a small mirror in the hallway of the terminal. I saw the woman always asking the people at the terminal to ask them to buy the mirrors she was selling.
I saw the incident very sad, because the woman walked in simple flip-flops, and was dressed shabbily. However, many people don't buy a mirror because maybe people don't need a mirror.
I looked at the woman sadly, and I went up to her and asked:
"Hi, do you sell mirrors?"
He immediately replied, "Yes, I am selling this mirror. Want to buy one?"
Then I replied: "No, I don't want to buy that mirror, ma'am."
"All right, son, it's okay!"
I see him very kind and friendly. Then I asked him about his daily life, and I focused on the question why he sells mirrors by walking around the city and bus stations. And does he have no other job, and it always crosses my mind.
And I asked him:
"Oh yes, do you have a family, ma'am?"
"Yes son, I have small children and no husband anymore."
"Then why do you want to sell that mirror every day? Don't you have enough other work for your life?"
The woman immediately answered my question with a sad face.
“I am just a poor person and have no permanent job, and this job is the only job I can do for my financial needs and for my young children. And I sell this mirror because I want people to be able to reflect on themselves through their own mirror for the meaning of life, that humans are weak creatures and easily forget something that is good for themselves."
In a short time the woman also talked about her own life when she still felt the glory with her family in the past.
"I am a forgetful mother, and easy to forget about the life to come."
Because she does not think about savings for the future, because she and her husband only live well from the results of her husband's office work. Her husband's salary used to be very large and she forgot to make a business that would benefit her family in the future. And in the end she has nothing in the present when her husband is gone.
Today's conclusions and motivations are:
This life, needs to be contemplated in the sense that one day we will change and not what it is today. Maybe at this time we still have extraordinary glory, then one day the world will be turned upside down and maybe we will also like the story of the woman I told above.
So from the story above, let us not boast to anyone and do not rule out that our life is only for a moment and after that it was destroyed in vain.
And the motivation is, let's build a network of each of us to keep thinking for the benefit of the people and build assets for each other in the future.
Maybe we can set up a business for our savings and for our families in the future.
We must have goodness in life and that is the most important thing for success.
