Dear Steemit Team,

In reference to your post dated 18/11/2024, I am pleased to apply on behalf of the "Dream Team" for December 2024 with the hope that we shall be given the chance as curators to serve the talented Steemians who need support from the Steemit team.

First, I will introduce "Dream Team" members, as it's a combined application of three seasoned Steemit bloggers from different regions of the world. We are three professionals in our fields and come from different countries located in different regions of the world—India, Indonesia, and Nigeria—but think alike.

We all have experience in various fields of blogging, but seasoned Steemians and experienced bloggers with proven credentials. We three understand the work requirement as a community curator having experience in moderation on the Steemit platform.

I am @josepha. I joined Steemit on 21st September 2020, which was the exact date I introduced myself to the newcomer community after carefully studying the platform. Since I joined Steem, I have been an active user sharing quality posts, participating in different contests, and contributing to the growth of the platform through promotions, recruitment, mentoring users, and supporting quality posts with upvotes and comments.

I have worked as a moderator in more than 3 communities before now. Also, I have gained vast experience working as a community curator, many times with different teams. I also participated in the just concluded engagement challenge, where I taught Excel and Google Sheets as part of the Teaching Team organizer. I am an accounting graduate who is currently undergoing his professional examination with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

I'm @muzack1 from Indonesia. I have been on Steemit since May 2, 2019, stopped for a moment, and started to be active again when I first launched the diary game and joined the Indonesian diary game team and had a lucky day. And then several times joined the curator team by working together to curate quality posts. Of course, this is a very enjoyable thing for me.

I have been a moderator for several communities and am currently responsible as admin of the @steemofanimals community.

As a professional, I am currently developing my duties as a principal at an elementary school located on the coast in the city where I live.
