Believe me it is not an emotion that I have experienced but I have heard it many times. I wanted to convey the heartbreak of a being in a troubling state of pain. At the same time I wanted to show that we are capable of not succumbing to bad feelings but to free ourselves from them. Because the body and the mind are always looking for balance.
