Office friendship

There were some employees who worked together on the same team for four years. Over this time, the relationship between them grew very strong. They helped one another both at work and in personal matters. They visited each other's houses for children's birthdays, lunch and dinner. They supported each other in any work problems and defended themselves if it looked like the work place became too hard to bear.

Everything was alright between them until the day when Akosua began to touch Kwaku in a strange way. She started tapping Kwaku's knees, wrists and forearms in front of other female co workers. And sometimes she did that sitting together in the office. This confused Kwaku because such actions seemed strange since she had never been treating others in that kind of a way. These actions were wrong in this case and could mean that the woman had some plan in mind.

In order to check his whether he was right or wrong with what he was thinking, the man tried to copy Akosua's touch and watched her reaction. She did not complain, she stayed quiet instead.

Three years ago, Kwaku decided to leave his old workplace. Although Akosua knew that, she continued sending messages and making phone calls to Kwaku. She invited him to come back to the team since there were still many open positions. They used to talk about different things even if they did not meet each other in person.

About six months ago, Kwaku decided to stop using all social media and chat apps and because of that, it became very hard to reach him, he stopped spending too much time online. Most of the time, he stays at home with his wife and children and spends time with them.

Akosua seems to be worried about Kwaku's situation. She makes phone calls after a few days and sends SMS messages to him. She asks if everything is alright, why he is quiet in chats and why he avoids contacting people. Kwaku does not understand such behavior from his old friend.
