About Meditations
It has been a while since I wrote a long post that is not a story. So, this post is going to be different, just for a change.
Today, I am going to talk about Meditations book. But, before I start. I want to say that it is hard to judge a book (good or bad) in general. It is more of a connection between the writer and the reader. I can give many examples here. But, I will skip to speak about the book.
So, I have stopped almost half way in the book. This was not my first attempt to read an e-book. But, I think that I am passed that now. I need to go back to physical books. I might consider an e-book in future for anything within a hundred pages. So, this is something that I did not like about the book. But, it is not something that is related to it really. The whole book is different quotes written by Marcus. I find some of them interesting, and it would have been nice if there were more to them. Other quotes, they seem irrelevant at the moment.
Personally, I think that style of how the book is written is, different than anything that I have read before. I think that this book has a lot to offer. Probably, will put some time in to finish it in future.

I think the book has its value because it is a journal which was never meant to be published. It is a deep dive into the mind of an emperor. I am with you in thinking that it is different, people admire what it stands for rather than what it says.
I juggled with the same thing regarding paper books and ebooks. I have to go with ebooks as they are affordable and I can peek into them whenever I want, and building the habit of reading in digital form is the need of the future.

I agree with the fact that the book has been praised a lot. That's what I came across from those who have read it. Regarding, physical and e-books. It's easier to go for the digital version. But, when reading the book itself, I still prefer the physical copy.

Hi Ronnie! Welcome finally to Dream Steem Community ;-))
I get the dilemma with e-books. They’re so handy – 1,000 books in your pocket and they weigh nothing! I could make the letters bigger just as I need them... And yet I still prefer to hold a paper book in my hands ;-))
Who is Marcus?

Indeed. It's really tempting to get the e-books. But, when reading them. One would want to have the physical book.
Marcus Aurelius. The author of the book. It is an old publication.
