ONLY FOR SAFETY

It's not your perfection that I ask for.
I only want you to be sincere, honest, and true to yourself.
So I don't need your sweet talk, I don't need promises, and I won't ask for anything from you.

Because I realize you're only human like me.
If I want anything, I'll ask the Almighty, the One who grants my every wish.
And forgive me for not being able to love you completely. Not because there's someone else, but I don't want to lose you when you walk away from my life.

Just accept the little I can give. Don't ask for anything because you're only a gift.
If it's time for the Almighty to take you from me, it won't be a deep loss for me.

And likewise, I ask you,
Don't love me too much, because I'm also only a gift.
