Here is a simple guide on how you can make use of MyEther wallet to manage your Ether (ETH) as I will also highlight some of its features.

Just like every other thing you do in the normal day-to-day life, you will need to register/create an account with MyEther wallet first before even having an access to its services. To register with MyEther wallet, you will need to log in to their websiteAfter loging into the site, follow the steps, provide the information required e.g password and then you will be able to create a new Ethereum wallet with MyEther wallet.

After creating an account with MyEther wallet, you will realize that it took you back to a page that required you to unlock your wallet before you can see your address and as a beginner, your main aim of opening an Ethereum wallet might have been for you to send and receive Ether but this cannot be done without you seeing your address.
To unlock your wallet, you just need to click on one of the wallet unlocking options provided on that page. The best option I can recommend is the Keystore file option, this option is very simple as you just need to imput the password you used and then follow other simple steps to get your wallet unlocked.
After unlocking the wallet, you will be provided with the wallet address page, this is the page you will always use to transact your Ethers.
The basic informations required before generating a transaction from the Ether wallet are; The address you want to send the Ether to, the gas Link and the amount you want to send. After providing these informations, the 'generate transaction' button will be enabled, by clicking on it, you have completed your transaction and it will be successful if all the information you entered were correct.
