You have not completed Achievement 4 from the Newcomers’ community.
In order to continue with the Tasks from the Fixed Beginners’ class you have to go over to the Newcomers’ community and complete the Achievement Tasks up till Achievement 4 as soon as possible.

Please how do I know the achievement level I've reached so as to complete it
If you complete an achievement post on the Newcomers’ community, you get a label corresponding to the achievement as shown below;

To see your subscriptions go over to your profile and click on Communities. You’d see the communities you have subscribed to and the your labels there.
I checked your subscriptions and you are subscribed to the Newcomers’ community.
As indicated, you currently do not have any label on the Newcomers’ community meaning that you have not completed any of the achievement task.
You can go over to the Newcomers’ community and complete these Achievement Tasks. You have to complete them in order (i.e 1, 2, 3, 4) and you have to make the posts in the Newcomers’ Community.
