Introduction

We are starting this 4th week of the 9th season of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, we want to welcome all the members of this platform and thank all those who have made an effort to participate in the challenges of the previous weeks.

It has been a season where varied topics have been presented, aiming for each user to better understand the Steem Blockchain.

For this week we want to know your opinion about indebtedness and ownership in the Steem network and in this way answer each question posed.

Contest theme: Blockchain Steem: Debt Vs Ownership.

Successful global economies are characterized by stability; if a country has no stability, the economy is not functional. In the crypto world, Steem Dollars (SBD) was designed to try to give stability to the Steem network.

Steem Dollars can be thought of as convertible IOUs, which finance short-term debt, while Steem tokens, which are generated on the blockchain, are considered property in the community.

This is how the relationship between debt and ownership, can be beneficial for an investor to decide to invest, the lower the debt/ownership ratio, the more new investors will be willing to provide capital.

This week we want to know your opinion on this interesting topic such as debt and ownership in the Steem Blockchain.

What is the expectation of this challenge?

Explain indebtedness and ownership in the Steem network. Explain this concept in the centralized fiat world.
If the ratio (SBD Debt/Steem ownership) is high, how does it affect the Steem price?
What mechanism does the Steem blockchain use to control the debt/ownership ratio?
Show the step by step to convert SBD to Steem, using the Steemit wallet. Show screenshots.

Contest Guidelines

Post your articles in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. The participation time is between Monday, May 8th, 2023, 00:00 UTC to Sunday, May 14th, 2023, 23:59 UTC.
The article should be at minimum 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.
Your article title should be Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S9W4 -: Blockchain Steem: Debt Vs Ownership. . Add the tag #cryptoacademy-s9w4 and other relevant tags.
Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.
Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.
The community moderators would be leaving quality assessments on your articles and probable upvotes.
In addition, your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so ensure you interact with other users' entries. Do not be involved in vote-buying.

Rewards

SC01 would be checking on the entire 7 participating communities and upvoting outstanding content. Upvote is not guaranteed for all articles. Kindly take note.

At the end of the week, we would nominate top 3 users that had performed well in the contest and they would be eligible for votes from SC01/SC02.

Important Notice: The nomination of the top 3 users in our community is not based on good grades alone, it includes their general engagements (quality and quantity of their interactions with other users' articles) to measure the overall performance. Also note that generally, you can only make one post per day in the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

Conclusion

It is important to take into account the debt/ownership ratio, currently, this ratio is greater than 10%, which generates that the blockchain does not generate SBD as a means of reward.

Estamos comenzando esta 4ta semana de la 9na temporada de Steemit Engagement Challenge, queremos dar la bienvenida a todos los integrantes de esta plataforma y agradecer a todos aquellos que han hecho un esfuerzo en participar en los desafíos de las semanas anteriores.

Ha sido una temporada donde se han presentado temas variados, con la finalidad de que cada usuario pueda obtener un mayor conocimiento de la Blockchain de Steem.

Para esta semana queremos conocer tu opinión sobre endeudamiento y propiedad en la red de Steem y de esta manera dar respuesta a cada interrogante planteada.

Tema del concurso: Blockchain Steem: Deuda Vs Propiedad.

Las economías globales exitosas tienen como característica la estabilidad, si no hay estabilidad en un país, la economía no es funcional. En el mundo criptográfico, los Steem Dollars (SBD) fueron diseñados para tratar de dar estabilidad a la red Steem.

Los Steem Dollars puede considerarse como unos pagarés convertibles, que sirven para financiar una deuda a corto plazo, mientras que los tokens Steem, que se generan en la cadena de bloques, se consideran como propiedad en la comunidad.

Es así como la relación entre la deuda y la propiedad, pueden ser beneficiosas para que un inversionista tome la decisión de invertir, mientras menor sea la relación deuda/propiedad, nuevos inversionistas estarán dispuesto a aportar capital.

En esta semana queremos conocer tu opinión sobre este tema tan interesante como los es la deuda y propiedad en la Blockchain de Steem.
