Introduction

We welcome you to week 3 of season 6 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, hope you have been enjoying the season so far. And we do hope you will share more of your knowledge about the crypto ecosystem with the audience in this edition of our contests, thereby educating them.

Tokenomics in the Crypto Ecosystem

Since the inception of Cryptocurrency some years ago, it has added to the number of assets in the financial realm as it's tradable (buy and sell) on its own exchanges. This digital asset has been utilized to generate income by many individuals across the world through various investment methods that best suit an investor's choice or style.

That being said, we consider cryptocurrency one of the famous financial instruments across the world and it's part of the economy of many lives even though this type of digital asset is not regulated at the moment.

And now, let's talk about tokenomics which shares some important information about the economics of a token designed with a project at the onset to make it sustainable or enhance adoption. What can you say about Tokenomics?

What is Expected in the Contest?

• What's your understanding of tokenomics in the crypto ecosystem? And highlight the main importance.

• What are the components of tokenomics? Explain each in detail.

• Choose a token and discuss its tokenomics. From the information deduced about the tokenomics of the asset, do you consider the asset worthy of investing in? Why?

• Give a few points on why you think tokenomics is important to investors or traders.

• If you are to be a creator of a token, what aspect of tokenomics would you consider most important to drive investors to the project? Give reasons.

Contest Guidelines

• Post your articles in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. The participation time is between Monday, December 5th, 2022, 00:00 UTC to Sunday, December 11th, 2022, 23:59 UTC.

• The article should be at a minimum of 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.

• Your article title should be Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S6W3 - Tokenomics in the Crypto Ecosystem. Add the tag #cryptoacademy-s6w3 and other relevant tags.

• Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.

• Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.

• The community moderators would be leaving quality assessments on your articles and probable upvotes.

• In addition, your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so ensure you interact with other users' entries. Do not be involved in vote-buying.

Rewards

• SC01 would be checking on the entire 7 participating communities and upvoting outstanding content. Upvote is not guaranteed for all articles. Kindly take note.

• At the end of the week, we would nominate top 3 users that had performed well in the contest and they would be eligible for votes from SC01/SC02.

Important Notice: The nomination of the top 3 users in our community is not based on good grades alone, it includes their general engagements (quality and quantity of their interactions with other users' articles) to measure the overall performance.
