Introduction

image.png

Have you ever heard of blockchain oracles? Oracles are a powerful tool for blockchain projects that allow smart contracts to make use of data from outside the blockchain. Essentially, an oracle is a bridge between the blockchain world and the real world, providing the ability to access external data that can be used by smart contracts. This allows developers to create dApps that are connected to external sources such as weather sensors and news feeds. But what types of oracles are out there? What can they do? And how can they help further blockchain technology? Let’s take a look!

Do you know what Blockchain Oracles are? We want to know your opinion.

image.png

Blockchain Oracles are becoming more and more important in the blockchain space, so it’s definitely something you should know about. A “blockchain oracle” is a third-party service that allows two parties to securely establish trust between them when engaging in transactions in the blockchain. Oracles bring external data sources onto the blockchain so that smart contracts can access that data to respond accordingly to certain events. What does this mean for us? More secure transactions! Because oracles provide an outside source of information or verification, both parties involved in a transaction can have confidence that any data agreed upon during the transaction is accurate and trustworthy. For example, an oracle could be used to verify the funds in someone’s wallet before a purchase or trade was completed. This provides an extra layer of security for both parties. Overall, blockchain oracles provide an interesting way for people to interact with one another within a blockchain environment. With the added security benefits, it’s no wonder that more people are turning to them to conduct their digital transactions.

What are the types of Oracles?

image.png

A Blockchain Oracle is a third-party service that provides data from the real world to a blockchain in order to enable transactions to occur. In simple terms, an oracle is like a bridge between different blockchains, enabling information to be transferred securely, efficiently and quickly. There are two main types of Blockchain Oracles: off-chain oracles and on-chain oracles. Off-chain oracles access external data sources such as finance markets, weather reports and prices and can provide data to contracts within minutes. On-chain oracles, on the other hand, provide data directly to contracts without relying on a trusted third party. Both types of oracles have their own unique advantages and disadvantages but both play an important role in allowing blockchains to reach their fullest potential. Let's take a look at the types of blockchain oracles and how each works.

What do you think about decentralized Oracles?

image.png

In recent years, the advent of blockchain technology has revolutionized the way we think about data. One of the most exciting applications of blockchain technology is the use of decentralized oracles, which allow smart contract creators to source real-world data and events for use within their contracts. Decentralized oracles can provide information from a wide variety of sources around the world and can operate on different blockchains and protocols. This creates an unprecedented level of trust, transparency and security in the data used to power smart contracts. With decentralized oracles, users no longer need to rely on centralized services to validate their data, as these oracles are completely autonomous and incorruptible. This means that all users have access to trustworthy and reliable data for their smart contracts. Furthermore, decentralized oracles can be used in various industries such as finance, insurance, gaming, e-commerce and much more. Overall, the potential of decentralized oracles is limitless, and it is only a matter of time before they become a critical part of our everyday lives.

Give us a use case of a decentralized Oracle.

image.png

Decentralized oracles are becoming increasingly popular as a way to securely and trustlessly connect real-world data on blockchains. They operate in a similar way to traditional web oracles, which are programs that move data from the real world onto a blockchain, but with one crucial difference: decentralized oracles use no central authority to control or verify the data being transmitted. This democratizes the process of obtaining off-chain information, providing greater security and making it easier for developers to add real-world data to their smart contracts without relying on a single off-chain third-party.

One of the best use cases for decentralized oracles is for cryptocurrency payments. Traditional payment solutions used today rely on centralized sources such as banks, payment providers, etc. By using a decentralized oracle, these could be replaced by smart contracts that are tied into cryptocurrency wallets, allowing users to make payments between themselves directly and securely. The oracles would dynamically detect changes in the exchange rate of the currency in question and update the payment amount appropriately, completely eliminating counterparty risk and guaranteeing trustless transactions. Additionally, transactions processed with decentralized oracles would reduce processing costs, allowing individuals to save money while still providing the same level of security as before.

Conclusion

image.png

In conclusion its clear that decentralized oracles are an incredible piece of technology that has the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with real-world data on the blockchain. Not only do they provide an extra layer of security, but they also enable users to save money on traditional processing costs, ensuring both safety and financial freedom in transactions. If you're considering using smart contracts or want to get into cryptocurrency payments, utilizing decentralized oracles is definitely the way to go.

At the End I am Inviting @malikusman1, @maazmoid123 , and@tocho2 to take part in this contest.

Thank you

Unfortunately @fabiha, you are not eligible to participate in this week's contest because you do not belong to any club, You must at least transfer the half of your monthly earnings to your SP.

image.png

I have a question professor @kouba.

Currently I have set up 100% power up on all of my posts. I am only getting SP from past 3 weeks. After 3 months when all of my Steem withdrawal gets to 4th month will I be considered in club100? I am not withdrawing any amount but only doing 100% power up

 last year

To be considered among the #club100 users, you must feed your SP by all your earnings for 3 months. What is not the case for you.

For only two months you have transferred 40% of your earnings outside the platform.
image.png

Yes I know but I am talking about what if from now I will only Power up 100% Steem and will not withdraw till 2024 then will I be considered in club100 after 3 months from today.

You have written well friend. Blockchain oracles most especially the decentralized oracles is very important both on blockchain and real world. I wish good luck.

Walikum Asalam @fabiha,

Umeed ha ap khariyat sy hogi. Ap ne bht acha content create kia ha lkn me ne abi dekha ap ki entry invalid hogai bcoz ap ne Steem withdraw ki aur club5050 sy out hogai ho.

Mjhy pta ha hmen paison ki need hoti ha ap kosish kro daily content create kro aur Steem wapis add kro then TRX rewards ko withdraw kro un sy ap k expenses kuch cover ho jaen gy.

Bki bht shukriya ap ne itni information hmry st share ki. Umeed ha ap wapis club5050 join kro gi aur SEC me part lo gi. Allah Hafiz :)

@fabiha

Dear friend you have good knowledge of blockchain oracles as you made it clear how is blockchain oracles are working and performing their role as bridge which was not possible before this and now with the knowledge of blockchain oracles its so easy to transfer data to real world.

Although you explain very well the role of decentralized oracles how theyvare more secure for data transmission and very safe even on large scale sectors.

Best wishes
