Hello dear steemains,

As the Steemit Crypto Academy undergoes major changes in its sixth season with the inclusion of new crypto trading competitions, our moderators want to know that everyone (even former professors) are interested and motivated to apply for this assignment. I therefore submit my application for this position because I still believe that I can bring to our Academy the essential skills to effectively carry out the tasks of this profession.

A summary of your experience on Steem, other blockchains, and other relevant off-chain experience or qualifications.

I first heard about bitcoin and blockchain in 2015, and felt like someone told you how to program a site for the first time, you nodded pretending to get, and when you got home you watched 100 YouTube videos trying to figure out the repeating "But why? I didn't know I could do this?" »

So I documented myself online and after a few months of reflection, I opened an account with a cryptocurrency exchange. But then I have no money to invest in cryptocurrency. So in 2017, I decided to open an account on Steemit, as the first social network built on a cryptocurrency, Steem, to reward its authors. Where, we don't "like", but "vote for", and the more votes we get, the more we earn. Initially, 75% of the total profits went to the author and 25% to the curators (those who voted). After that became 50% for each.

From the beginning, the experience on Steemit was great, because the platform allowed me to develop the intellectual capacities to design and build tools facilitating communication with my peers, and even removing language and geographical barriers. I started gaining a good following and got valuable rewards for my content. I continued my step-by-step journey to create an account with a high reputation and high voting power. The thing that was backed by the Steemit Crypto academy foundation was a dream come true for me. Where I learned the basics of cryptocurrency trading and taught it by giving classes for several weeks thanks to them I won the love and appreciation of many diligent students.

Making profits on Steemit got me into the world of trading, so I started investing with small amounts in early 2020 putting in a small percentage of my rewards, which I left lying around for about 6 months watching it once a month.

I bought Bitcoin (BTC), Etherum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC), which were the 3 most powerful cryptocurrencies at the time and the most commented on various forums. I then realized that I had bought each of them at full price and therefore had less money than I had invested. It's a cold bath, we tell ourselves that we will do it 10 times but in the end, we lose half of our investment.

Doubt starts and you want to leave quickly as the house burns down but you shouldn't, I didn't invest to leave after losing a year later when I believed in the future of this business.

Between the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, I continued to document myself while waiting to be able to invest, while at school I was on an internship and did not necessarily need my earnings, so I invested 50% of what I was earning each month so I would get more serious capital. I have invested in cryptocurrencies other than those known to have a more diverse range and not all "eggs in one basket".

Since the end of 2021, in a year where I am seriously involved and investing in cryptocurrency, I have been able to gain experience and invest intelligently and thoughtfully. Without necessarily talking about numbers because that's not the goal and I don't want to specify a number in which to invest to begin with. I made +180% on my investment in 1 year, but I made a lot of mistakes.

Based on my experience and what I have learned, my advice is:

  • Don't be in a hurry: sometimes you want to get everything out when the going gets tough and invest big when the cryptocurrency goes up, but that's not healthy
  • Learn to lose: When you invest in cryptocurrency, you learn to be useless, have no taste, make mistakes and be humble.
  • Set Goals: This is the most important tip, you need to set yourself a withdrawal goal because without it you will always want to reach a higher ballpark number or decimal point but with a much lower risk of withdrawal . ..
  • Continuous learning: Monitoring is essential, just like forums or niche channels, all these tools will allow you to "feel the market".

A description of why you think you would be suitable to become a Steemit Crypto Professor.

I hold a Master's degree specializing in IT management issued by a management school (TOP 3) in Tunisia. Since my first year of higher education, I have been interested in everything inherent in technology, economics, accounting, corporate finance, and markets. Thus, thanks to my studies and my professional career, I was able to consolidate my achievements and my knowledge to succeed in my career but also to be able to help others overcome their difficulties since I have a real vocation to teach and share my knowledge.

I have been giving courses in the academy since last year and I manage 10 crypto-currencies daily for my account, I have made, like many enthusiasts, a lot of capital gains in a few years and I hope that it will continue. Since the arrival of the Defi, I have diversified my earnings in several complementary areas such as bots, farming, staking, lending, master nodes in short everything possible or almost. I will teach you how to know if a cryptocurrency is likely to become the nugget whose price will be multiplied by x10 x 100, I will show you how to sort it, I will explain to you how to find the right information on social networks to know the news of cryptocurrencies in real-time, because on television when they talk about it it's already too late and always in a negative spirit, fake joke...

In trading, I work with many methods such as the pivot point method, symbolic levels in Heikin Hashi and Dow's law. I would tell you about trading bots. For Crypto specialists, I can also teach you the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo as well as basic indicators such as Stochastics, RSI, and Fibonacci retracements.

My teaching is for everyone, you just need to be motivated, very motivated, hardworking, methodical, not to invest everything at first but to do DCA (ah ah, I'll explain to you what that means... ) patient, and above all know how to manage his emotions his stress, and then that's all.

An outline of the topics you would cover in a sample 5 week course.

My next training will allow you to assess the risk you will take with each investment (or trading) decision in the blockchain; this is why they will suit the prudent investor as well as those wishing to take risks (which they will then be able to assess at their fair value!). Do not hesitate to participate to find out more about the course of this training, of which you will find below an indicative plan, which I adapt according to each one; the five parts and the sub-parts being in effect independent, it is not mandatory to follow them all, and the order of treatment depends on your specific needs.

As for the selection of the best three articles that I submitted in the Academy, it will be random because all the lessons I presented required a great research and knowledge effort from me, so I do not want to distinguish between them, and the order will be as follows:

It is great to read your application, I have learned a lot in the academy and documenting myself online as well.

You are a person that I admire a lot, I also love your classes. Thanks for them.

Anyway, I think I lack a bit of experience to participate as a teacher in the academy on the trade side, I have also made my mistakes and I have improved but I feel that I lack a "something" perhaps experience to teach about trade.

I don't think I will leave my application this season, but I definitely want to see your classes and learn more.

Thanks @kouba01
