Participating in homework competitions with our academy is a rich experience that combines the implementation of learning objectives and the opportunity to expand the knowledge space in the crypto-blockchain field, allowing you to enjoy an interesting competition. It is also about competing with other student communities and being challenged.

The teacher in our academy assumes the role of coach more than the role of referee. Even awarding nominations every week is imposed by the philosophy of further consolidating the principle of competition and the search for excellence. The choice remains relative and may be right as well as wrong.

For us the collective dimension remains always capital, because a certain number of stages will be and must be shared. To use the mathematical metaphor suggested by the beginning of Jan Tiflis' text, "A class becomes a team, in which each player must do his best in the service of a common project."

Overview.png

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who participated in Season 4 of Steemit Crypto Academy who just completed their 8 week homework. I also want to thank the teachers who worked so hard and as a team to make this season a success.

The season varied in terms of topics, and I focused on how to use some technical indicators in cryptocurrency trading, a choice due to my desire to specialize and my conviction that excellence requires focusing on the same axis.

There was also an exception in the fifth week where I compensated my colleague and submitted a topic related to the Tron ecosystem, specifically the JustSwap platform.

Our courses are a space that supports you in your learning in the crypto markets, you will find all the information to learn how to invest in their markets under good conditions. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and we reserve the right to correct the content at any time.

Second week course: Crypto Trading With Volume Indicator

Volume is a measure of the amount of a given financial asset that has traded in a given time period.
This is a very powerful tool, but often overlooked because it is such a simple indicator.
Volume information can be found just about anywhere, but few traders or investors know how to use this information to increase their profits and minimize risk.
It is an essential notion that is part of technical analysis.

Fourth week course: Crypto Trading With Williams % R Indicator

This indicator compares the close / highest range reached against the highest / lowest range over a specified period.
When the close is equal to the highest price reached during the period the% R is equal to 0, this indicates that the trend is strongly bullish.

When the close is equal to the lowest price of the highest / lowest range of the period, the% R will be equal to -100.
The Williams% R is a bounded indicator between 0 and -100 and like most Williams% R indicators, it shows areas of overbought (-20) and oversold (-80) in order to identify shortness of momentum. various trends.

Fifth week course: JustSwap

JustSwap is an automated liquidity protocol. There is no need to make an offer or order execution and there is no intervention of any centralized organization or establishment in the transaction. Managed by smart contracts, each trading pool supports token exchange, adds liquidity, and essentially maintains the x * y = k function to ensure the legitimacy of transactions.

JustSwap provides instant exchange between TRC20 tokens for traders, creating a free threshold of profit for market makers.

Unlimited liquidity is created for thousands of traders and hundreds of applications and empowers users to participate in open financial markets. Get the most profit possible with no transaction fees from the protocol.

Sixth week course: Crypto Trading With Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) Indicator

The Chaikin Money Flow is based on the assumption that a market's strength is usually accompanied by prices that close on the high half of their daily range and on rising volumes.
Symmetrically, market weakness is usually accompanied by prices closing on the lower half of their daily range and on rising volumes.
If prices close on the upper half of their daily range on rising volumes then the indicator will give a positive value, this indicates that the market is strong.
Conversely, if prices close on their lower half of the daily range on rising volumes, then the indicator will give a negative value, indicating that the market is weak.

Eighth week course: Crypto Trading With Rate Of Change (ROC) Indicator

The Rate of Change (ROC) is an unbounded Momemtum indicator that measures the strength of a move from the strength of progress and the speed of prices.
The analysis of the ROC is similar to that of the Momentum, i.e. if the Momentum is calculated from a ratio, the progress of the Rate of Change indicator is measured either as a percentage or as points. .
Indeed, like momentum, it makes it possible to simply measure the difference between the closing price of the day and the closing price of n periods ago.
The Rate of Change allows you to detect signs of a trend running out of steam, in this sense it resembles the momemtum indicator which measures its progress in the form of a ratio.

We notice a change in the number of participants every week, as the fifth week witnessed a surge in the number of participating students, reaching a record number of 104 articles. The rest of the weeks ranged between 57 and 77 articles, and this is due to the students' preference for a specific type of lessons that differs from the lessons of using technical indicators when trading.

-Quality of content :

What distinguishes this fourth season of homework within our academy is the success of a significant number of students in obtaining grades that exceeded the average by 91%, divided into three levels:

  • 30% of articles with excellent content : Rating [10-9]

I would like to thank the owners of these posts for their perseverance and efforts to create great content that can only add to the quality of our Steemit platform. Therefore, they were given the highest percentage of voting, equal to 1.5 of the value of the rating obtained, with the possibility of choosing them among the list of the top three writers each week.

  • 38% of articles with good content: Rating [8.99-7]

They are also important students in raising the level of the Academy's content due to the value of the publications they write every week, so it is our duty to encourage and push them to improve their articles to reach the highest levels.

  • 23% of articles with medium content: Rating [6.99-5]

The percentage of these articles amounted to about a quarter, and we have always encouraged and advised their writers to focus more and understand the questions asked so that their publications are clear in terms of methodology and deep in their analysis.

line.png

The rest of the publications that did not obtain the required rate were divided into several sections :

  • 5% below average and poor contents :Rating [4.99-1]

The authors of these articles are missing many of the techniques that enable the writer to create good content so as long as we try in our summaries to provide the right information while urging them to make sure it provides the information they need and do proper keyword research to discover the information the professors are looking for.

  • 2% contents containing the attribute of plagiarism :Rating [0]

The phenomenon can be traced back to the abundance of information readily available through the Internet, which is filled with research and scientific messages, in light of the great demand for preparing homework.

Some of them, instead of research and diligence, copy ready-made texts without showing the necessary ethics, despite their low percentage in this season, but it remains a bad practice that we urge our students to stay away from. Therefore, the moderators of our academy are aggressively interfering to stop the work and withdraw all posts.

  • 2% content whose students are not allowed to participate or submitted after required time:

Although we always encourage students to read the terms of participation and remind them of them every week, we find that some of them do not care about them, which results in a lack of evaluation and a lack of voting. Regarding the most important conditions, the most important conditions were to have a reputation of 65 and to save 600 SP within the wallet, while not using automated voting to increase the profit without paying attention to the content.
