If a student hasn’t met the requirements for club5050 but have powered up more than 150SP he or she doesn't get upvoted?

Because I for one have powered up almost all of what I have end for the past month but little did I know about club5050 as I am a buyer of Steem and SBD which was usually sent to my account and I withdraw them now my withdrawal is more than my power up and am writing my assignments they are graded but I don't get an upvote please am fustratrate I wish to get clarification please
