WHAT IS PRIVACY:

PRIVACY means that every person Keeps space from other peoples in the world. He sometimes does not want to show his things or thinking to others. This is called the privacy of that person. Privacy is needed for every person. They are two kinds of people usually some are those that show their ideas or all their aspects to other peoples very easily while the others are reserve that likes to do there some works privately without showing to others And taking comments of others. It's needed in everyone's life because, In our surroundings, some people do not want our success so it's essential for us to be careful from them and protect our aims. We keep our money safe privately to protect it. Like other things cryptocurrency also needs privacy.

Cryptocurrency is a decentralized currency in which all the things like transactions, account balance, and account are transparent and every person can see our transactions whenever you buy a coin when you sell at what time.
So privacy is also needed in coins. Due to the absence of privacy, many problems occur in Bitcoin such as mixing of coins hiding, etc.

Privacy coin provides us Privacy in which the user's identity and its data remain in the protection. The transaction system is private and not everyone can see your transactions.

Now I will discuss one of the privacy coins as a professor has asked. I will discuss Zcash which is the famous privacy coin.

Choose a Privacy Coin and perform a fundamental analysis of the coin in detail.

Zcash was discovered by the Zooko Wilcox-O'Hearn. It is a privacy coin. It was discovered in October 2016.
It is a digital currency that contains many privacy features init for protection. It also has low fees of transaction and transacted very efficiently. Zcash is similar to that of Bitcoin but has more privacy features for users that their transactions will not reveal to other peoples. They also based on the codebase of bitcoin was in high demand in 2020 but a little low in 2021.

FEATURES:

• EASY TRANSACTIONS Transactions are easy and fast through Zcash and privacy is also very high according to the demand of users that wants to invest.

• Open-source Zcash the open-source digital currency that has good privacy.

• Types of transactions it has more than one type of transaction.WHich are transparent and shielded except them there are also other types of transactions present between the Shielded and transparent. Its shielded transactions are the perfect type of feature of Zcash.

• The company of Zcash even does not reach your transactions. Its shielded and private transactions are protected and not anyone else can see your activities or amount.

It can be said an important coin in the privacy factor.

Minning of Zcash:

• Zcash like other cryptocurrencies also relies on the miners of currency to add transactions or profit to the blockchain.
  It generates new coins through the process of mining. The more suitable mining ASIC mining of Zcash(ZEC). The process of mining is also profitable to the investors that mine it.

CREATE A WALLET

In this question, the professor asked about creating a wallet of our own choice. I will create the wallet of Zcash for its security and privacy. We will discuss it in different steps.

STEP NO.1

• Search your browser for Zcash wallet.

• I have chooses the shielded wallets of Zcash.

• I have chosen ZECwalletlite for Shielded transactions.
  As I explained above about the different transactional wallets of the ZEC.

• Click on visit site option

• ***Click on the get on google play option as I downloaded it on mobile.

Steo no.2

• Click on the Install option then.
• Your download will start.
• After completing open it and then click on the create wallet option.

• Then saved your seed and click on the option as I have shown in the below screenshot.

Here you can see the screenshot in which you can receive and send the transactions. My wallet is empty now.

IN this method you can create your wallet for cash as I have explained completely.

3. Explain the reason you chose the Privacy Coin. (State the advantages and disadvantages)

Here I will discuss the reason why I chose Zcash. There are some advantages and disadvantages of Z cash.

Advantages:

Some advantages of Zcash are the following.

• It provides us the privacy that our transactions can not be seen by others
• Transfer of coins is very easy and secure.
• its another advantage is that it is open-sourced. It is the same as that of bitcoin but has privacy features.
  The transfer process is very easy and very fast we can send or receive the coins In no minutes.
• Easy to trade.

  Disadvantages:

Some disadvantages of Zcash are the following.

• It is not allowed in every country due to privacy issues.

• It Causes peoples to get confused in making investments and selling or buying transactions.

• Government does not allow its use in many countries.

Why I chose it:

I like this coin because it is highly profitable to trade and it is very secure that everyone can not see the transaction of others. And the speed and security of transfer are appreciable which makes the transactions easy. I always like that coin which is private and profitable too. I want to keep privacy in my transaction and the reason is that I choose the Zcash coin. Here you can also get both transparent and shielded wallets that are a good thing for choice.

Conclusion:

• I have understood all the aspects that the professor has discussed in his post to guide us.
  I choose the Z cash coin to experiment with because I find the Zcash coin highly secured and easy to use. Its profit was on air in 2018. And its mining is also profitable. Its advantages are far more than disadvantages that's why it's my choice.
