Prof @sapwood has lectured well and clear in his lecture post and I am happy to have read and understood a lot about STEEM and TRON in his Task 2 Lecture Article. I hope you read and understand my answers to this task's homework questions as I shall explain below in my own knowledge and understanding.

WHAT IS PoB?

PoB, is an acronym for Proof of Brain. In a simply definition, it is the independent wisdom of an individual to determine good or bad content with respect to his or her influence power (Steem Power) and Reward pool.
Steemit.com, being a social decentralized blockchain is empowered by the people in their own best of knowledge and power towards good or bad contents. A creator with good content, whose quality and reputation can be spoken about gets rewards from other creators/users who value the content in their own wisdom and determination.
Proof of Brain is of course task-based in the sense that it depends on (1) individual's ability to publish contents, (2) the ability/power to curate contents and engage in socializing the activity of a content.

WHAT DOES CURATION MEAN TO YOU IN THE STEEM-BLOCKCHAIN?

Curation can simply be explained as the activities of engaging in a post to determine how good or bad it is and thus give it an upvote or downvote(if the case maybe). A curator also gain what is known as curation reward, you gain this for voting a good content. When you upvote a good content, you gain share of the contents curation reward. Just as shown in the screenshot below are my recent curation reward for upvoting some quality contents I read. Curation depends on Steem Power as well, the more SP you have the more the weight of your vote is and thus you can earn higher than someone who upvoted with a lower SP. This is the a simple explaination of curation in my own words. There are several accounts which are not advisable to tag, they curates good contents here in steemit.com based on submission of the content, this mean that they UPVOTES good contents based on the decision of the curator. A curated content by many people of higher SP stands better chances of being discovered.

THE BENEFITS OF BUILDING STEEM POWER(SP)

The benefits of building Steem Power (SP) are clearly understandable in the sentence "the more SP you have, the more your contents stand a chance to be discovered and also the more you have power to curate other users contents and gain curation reward."
Steemit.com is a platform that is decentralized, this means that users with greater power are superior to those with lesser power, thus building Steem Power is needful in other to stand better ground in the platform. This is why programs like the #Club5050 is being impose to motivate users to power up other than withdrawing all earnings and still suffer more to earn again. I am in full support of #club5050, it has motivated me to power up to my current SP.

HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN SELF-UPVOTE AS A GOOD OR BAD SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

This is the act where a creator Upvotes his or her own content. It is not advisable to upvote your own content. Create quality contents, post it and let other users rate your good work and make your reputation better in the platform. In real life, when people speak about you or good your content/work in the society, your reputation is of more magnitude compared to when you praise your own-self with your power. Think of this in the steemit community. Let others rate your work, let them determine in their own wisdom how good or bad your content is.

EXPLORE COINMARKETCAP.COM TO INDICATE RANK, STEEM PRICE, AND COINMARKETCAP OF STEEM

The above screenshot was taken immadiately before the posting of this article. The rank of STEEM at this time was #326, its price at $0.4284 which was 0.40% up in the last 24hrs during the explore time. And its coinmarketcap was $169,215,900 during the exploration.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TOKEN YOU EARN BY SOCIALIZING IN STEEM BLOCKCHAIN?

There are three token one can earn by socializing in steem blockchain, these are:

  • STEEM
  • STEEM DOLLAR (SBD) and
  • TRON (TRX)

HOW WOULD YOU USE YOUR TRX EARNED IN STEEM BLOCKCHAIN TO OPTIMIZE EARNINGS IN TRON ECOSYSTEM?

TRON, being one of the tokens one can earn by socializing in steem-blockchain can be used to increase earnings in the tron ecosystem. A holder of TRX optimizes his position in the mining of SUN Token. This TRX earned from STEEM-Blockchain can be traded and transferred to any TRX wallet and it is a benefit. In addition to the above, one can also trade TRX earned in the STEEM-blockchain for STEEM and Power Up, this helps in SP building. A holder of MORE SP in steem blockchain stands a better chance of earning more TRX from their good contents.

CONCLUSION

The lecture post for this task by prof @sapwood is such a helpful content that explained STEEM and TRON in grand style and I appreciate it. The above answers are all explained based on my own best of knowledge and hope my readers finds them useful and of good guide to increasing their knowledge of this great platform, steemit.com.
I am in full support of #Club5050. It aides in SP building, and have powered up more than 150SP recently in this regard; see screenshot:
