How to Receive from God
Have you ever asked yourself about how we can receive from God?
Well, this is a glimpse on what dropped into my spirit today.
2 Peter 1:3
*As his divine power has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of him who called us by glory and virtue. Christ has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness *.
we only need to have the knowledge of his divine power to be able to access these finished works .
If his divine power has given us all things, do we actually acknowledge this?
1 peter 5:6 further informs us that
Therefore humble yourself under the mighty hand of God that he may exalt you in due time.
God does not like the proud ,that is why its only the humble who are exalted .
It is only the exalted by God that receive.
How do we humble ourselves then?
Vs 7 of the same Chapter says casting all your cares upon him;for he cares for you.
-Those that acknowledge the fact they cannot do it on their own,rather have God hold their hand and walk them through the aisles of Life .
Worrying can only add to our problems and not on the solution.
-Allow God to increase in your life as you decrease .
-Let us quit letting our emotions have the better part of our lives, yet we can be in charge of them.
A man of God once stated, spiritual weight is heavier than physical weight and i absolutely believe him.
The more you think about a problem , the more you magnify it and the bigger it becomes. Just imagine we spent our time thinking about the solution through our helper the holy spirit, who is more than willing to come and guide us.
We Christians would be on top of this world as solution givers

Its through casting our cares that we receive peace , and peace comes with a package of blessings from heaven.

Therefore, lets learn to rest in God in order to receive from him.
