How to posses a healthy mind set

2nd Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a SOUND mind.

The mind is like a muscle that can be developed through regular exercise and ingestion of the right nutrients.

Practice:
Take a good thought and speak it to your self at least 21 times in a day.

The good thought will go deep into your storage system.

If you continue to take more good thoughts and repeat the same process of the law of the 21, it will nourish your whole spirit, soul and body.

Just imagine what will become of you, if this cycle of taking hold of a good thought and speaking it becomes your daily habit.
