The Side We Choose
The environment where we live, the people around us, all of them, directly influence how we live. The people by our side are undoubtedly capable of generating both good and bad things, happiness or sadness, lifting us up or sinking us. Let's see what the Bible says:
Proverbs 13:20
Associate with wise men and you will get wisdom; associate with fools and you will be spoiled”
If we are one of those who like to live in wisdom, we should also surround ourselves with wise people, because simply from what we hear and live daily, our minds and hearts will be filled with it.
If we surround ourselves with foolish people at any time, even if we don't realize it, we will also be part of that foolishness.
Our preferences speak of who we are, if we dedicate ourselves to sharing with negative people we will also learn to speak that language, and our life will turn in that same direction, things will begin to go wrong because it is all that you will be generating in your mind.
However, if we are hard-working people and that is what we are looking for, our self-esteem and vigor will increase because we are filling ourselves with that circle, we are feeding our interior with all the good things we hear and if one day those who are by our side fall for sure They will try to lift us up.
Depending on what you want to achieve in life, you will fill and surround yourself with that, from there you will learn, and you will form with security, character, friendship, fellowship, and above all wisdom if it is what you want, they will take you to the side of God.
