A LIFE OF HONOR

Live your life to honor God, not to please men. God’s daily assignment for you should be done with reverence and honor to Him, you will live to glorify God when He is the reason behind your actions.

When you realize that all you have are not yours, but God’s, the focus will no longer be you. God can only use you to the extent you desire to be used. When you are willing to live for God, He will make you an instrument of wonder to men.

The best way to honor God is to live for Him. Your existence will only matter to Him when He is in control. He stretches you as much as you want to be stretched. Your destiny has everything to do with how you live for God.

“Don’t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others—ignoring God!—harvests a crop of weeds. All he’ll have to show for his life is weeds! Keep living a life of honor to God in sincerity and remain humble when He lifts you.

PRAYER
Lord, as I breathe daily, let my life be an expression of honor to you. Help me to live for you and your kingdom alone. In Jesus' name.
