Entering the Sanctuary by Jesus’ Blood
Hebrews 10:19-25 KJV
[19] Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, [20] By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; [21] And having an high priest over the house of God; [22] Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. [23] Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) [24] And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: [25] Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is ; but exhorting one another : and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
This life we are is full of boundaries and restrictions. People get hindered from getting something they are entitled to by different limitations. Different things that can hinder one’s access to something can include culture, language, education level, social class, financial status and so on.
The fall of man in the Garden of Eden created a barrier between man and God. The access that man had to God is limited, as God used prophets and priests to speak to His people, though that was not the original design. When God created human beings, He created us to have fellowship with Him, but this purpose of creating human being was thwarted by sin.
Jesus Christ has broken the barrier between humankind and God through His blood shed on the cross and this has given confidence to anybody that comes to God through Him, to fellowship with God. There is no more barrier or hindrance or limitation to anybody who has been washed by Jesus’ blood. As a Christian, you have direct access to God and to hear and receive directly from Him through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. The new life in Jesus Christ affords us the freedom to go God and receive help when needed.
You must come to God with a sincere heart to enjoy this privilege and your conscience must have been cleansed by Jesus’ blood. Hold unto you profession of faith in Christ and present yourself holy unto God. Also, fellowshipping with other Christians will help our relationship with God and we will be more prepared for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The full price of our redemption was paid with Jesus’ blood. Have you appropriated the power of Jesus’ blood? Do not neglect fellowshipping with other Christians for spiritual renewal. I pray the blood of Jesus will avail for us today in Jesus name. Amen.
Thanks for Dropping By !
Best regards
