There are people who are generally very introverted or in some cases aggressive. This is because the person, in one way or another, has strong self-esteem problems.

God commands in his word that we must love people in the same way that we love ourselves. However, the problem transcends, when we do not have the ability to accept ourselves as we are and how we see ourselves externally. This occurs when the person has lost their own identity and is self-critical.

Self-rejection leads to bad human relationships. The fact of having a concept of inferiority of ourselves, leads us to think that others reject us and we avoid relating to them to lock ourselves in our world of inferiority.

We have to give a profound change to our life, so that we find a way to value ourselves as a person to be able to value and esteem others.

The Lord tells us that we should love ourselves. This means that we must accept ourselves as we are, whether they are tall or short, fat or skinny, handsome or bad-looking, intelligent or poorly educated; In short, accepting ourselves as we are will be as important as we want to accept others.

The way you look at yourself on the inside, this is how you will look on the outside. If you learn to love yourself just the way you are, others will love you and care for all of your friends too.
