Today's Devotional: Where Will My Help Come From?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not allow your foot to slip,
He who keeps you will not sleep.
4 Behold, he will neither slumber nor sleep
The one who keeps Israel.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
The Lord is your shadow at your right hand.
6 The sun will not wear you down by day,
Not the moon at night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;
He will guard your soul. Psalm 121: 2-7

In times of trials and anguish like what we live in today, he often asks us a question: Where will my help come from?
The world revolves in conflicts, wars, diseases, hunger, devastation of fires products of global warming, and other critical factors that reflect the disaster that humanity is experiencing.
The panorama that we live daily is of great sadness, it seems that we are in apocalyptic times, in which destruction rushes to end creation. However, in the midst of all these misfortunes that have befallen humanity, there is the hope of great help and help, which comes from God who made heaven and earth.
Man runs to escape all these disasters that the world is going through, but he runs his way with his back to God. The further the Man from God moves away, the help of God for man goes on. The help for humanity, says the psalmist, "is God."
The Christian has a powerful and majestic help in the Lord. God promises to save those who seek him from evil. It is not about serving God in our own way, but as it is established in his Word.
If we want God to be our refuge and protection in times of crisis, we have to seek him with all our heart, because our help comes from God, who with his power created the heavens and the earth. This same power of God is available to those who seek him with all their hearts.
If we want to escape from all these plagues that have befallen the whole world, it is time for us to understand that the only help is in God.
