Loneliness is a state in which the person can feel abandoned by everyone around him. Loneliness can be both good and bad.

Loneliness can teach us to value certain companies as well as not wanting to have them by our side again.
The apostle Paul endured prison alone and felt deeply abandoned and isolated. But I take advantage of this loneliness to leave us the wonderful secret of what we can do in those moments of intense loneliness.

Paul teaches us to keep in mind that God is always with us, no matter how alone we are.
Second, we must remember God's faithfulness and, as always, he infuses us with strength, recognizing that our lives are fully under his omnipotent and vigilant care at all times.

Third, Paul teaches us how to combat those feelings by remembering that he had the unique privilege of fulfilling God's purpose for his life.
Loneliness can also be used to value certain companies. Like Paul with Lucas, who had stayed with him.

The Lord Jesus Christ himself felt totally alone before his own death, he asked his disciples to help him pray on both occasions when he found them asleep. Later, when he was handed over, all his disciples fled and left him alone again. And as if that were not enough, while on the cross, Jesus exclaimed: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

The Lord is the ultimate example of how we can face loneliness and its dangers without losing heart.
