22 Married women are subject to their own husbands, as to the Lord; 23 For the husband is the head of the wife, just as Christ is the head of the church, which is his body, and he is her Savior. 24 Thus, as the church is subject to Christ, married people are also with their husbands in everything.

The divine nature of God in the marriage relationship plays an important role in better understanding the role of women and men in marriage. If couples have knowledge of the Word of God, this will help them develop a climate of trust and security in a good marital relationship.

When spouses know God's will about marriage, it will be easier for them to be subject to each other.

If the woman knows that she should be subject to her husband as an order from God, and says that she loves God with all her heart, it will also make it easier for her to love her husband, because this is the will of God and The end result is that the wife will submit to her husband out of love and obedience to God.

The analogy that the wife must be subject to her husband as the church of Christ is decisive in building a victorious marriage. The church always seeks to consecrate herself to Christ, so the woman seeks to be faithful to her husband and to live only for him.

The church seeks to remain pure and holy to be prepared to receive Christ, the woman must do the same, be far from all the impurities that can damage her sacred image in marriage and live for her husband without any defect of infidelity.

When the church recognizes that Christ is the head and she is the body, the woman must recognize that her husband, by order of God, is the head of her and the visible head of the family.

Knowing the word of God will always allow trust in the couple to develop in marriage, which in turn will also allow the will of the woman to submit to the husband and vice versa.

Why do marriages break up quickly? Simply, because there is no trust in couples and neither of them willingly submit to each other. The failure of marriage could be resolved if couples acknowledge that they need God and, of course, submit to God's precepts about marriage.
