Whoever Walks In Integrity Walks Securely
Hello Fellow Steemians!!
Have you ever stopped to think that you’re a walking advertisement for Jesus Christ? If someone were to run an advertisement on you, how would it read? Maybe you’ve heard the saying, “If you were arrested for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?” So . . . if you actually were arrested for being a Christian, what would the evidence say? Do people know about your relationship with Christ? Is it as obvious as your hair color? When you walk into a room full of people, do they sense there’s something different about you?
Whoever walks in integrity walks securely,
but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.
- Proverbs 10:9
New International Version
Here
You’re a walking billboard for God. Non-Christians are watching your life for clues to what makes you tick. Are you living up to the advertisement God needs you to be? He can empower you to be a glowing ad of His love!
Righteousness guards the person of integrity,
but wickedness overthrows the sinner.
- Proverbs 13:6
New International Version
He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap.
- 1 Timothy 3:7
New International Version
Can others trust you to keep your word? Are you dependable? On time? Honest? Do you live a life of integrity . . . or is there always that little “something” that causes others to doubt your genuineness?
In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness
- Titus 2:7
New International Version
Pray It!
Ask God to help you be the living advertisement he wants you to be—one that will glorify his holy name. Be blessed and keep on smiling whenever and wherever you are. Have a great day everyone! God bless us all and again thank you for your time.🙂
We can still suffer persecution.
(Matthew 10:37-38 NIV) "Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; {38} and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
