God Is A God of Process.
Hebrews 10:36 (NIV)
You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
God can born a nation in a day. He can make the fruit to be displayed on a tree in a day. He can make anything happen in a short space because time and life are in His hands. A thousand years are just like a day in His eyes. Time is primarily in the hands of God.
There is a miracle seed in your life. God is the God of process. He won't because you prayed for 9 months to make a baby that is supposed to come at 9 months to come in 9 days. God has heard your prayers but your answers would come through a process that should be waited for in patience.
God loves process so much because He wants us to value what He wants to give us. Jesus also underwent that process. Jesus could have been revealed in an instant without being born. God created time and He allowed His Son to go through that process too. There is nothing God cannot do. Nothing is stopping Him from defying time and doing things in an instant but He values the process so we can appreciate it better.
Maybe we meet a few bad people in life so that when we meet the good ones we can appreciate them. The same thing with the process. We go through it so we can appreciate what God is giving.
In my language, it is said that what you don't wait for or work for hardly last. When you know the pain you went through to get something you will have no choice but to value it. When the value of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.
The best we can do in this time and day is to keep believing. The devil is fighting our belief so we can stop believing. The devil knows that the moment you have stopped believing then he can stop the hands of God from moving mightily the way He would have wanted. The devil wants you to live in perpetual fear so that your faith won't thrive. The devil will try to frustrate the process because everything God has promised you will manifest through a process of time.
Is your faith being eaten up because you feel the process is longer than expected? There is a time frame for every blessing God has promised you but you have to stay in faith.
They that wait upon the Lord He said He will renew their strength. He didn't say those who pray more or fast more but those who wait. The waiting period is the stage of reshaping, a place for the process so things can come out as fine as gold goes through its process. You need to learn to walk in God's ways to get all that He has in store to give unto you.
Enjoy the process. Enjoy the waiting period. Enjoy the ride because He has the best of intentions for you, better than you can ever think or desire for yourself. There is a place for patience.

No wonder God promised abraham a child and it seems to be late in human sight before God fulfilled this promise to him, this promise came to pass when Abraham finished/worked in the process God have designed. Though it wasn't late
He also said “I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” this doesn't mean there will be immediate effect on our enemies.
God's process/ways are unpredictable

Hi @olawalium, God can do everything for that reason we must prepare ourselves so that when He gives us something good we know how to take advantage of it.
There is nothing He cannot give us.
He can do everything. Nothing is impossible for him. He can turn day into night and night into day. In an instant he can make the rich poor and the poor rich.
So true. It costs Him nothing at all.
This world moves at his behest. Not a leaf of a tree moves without his command. He is our Lord.
This is true and beautiful.
God is A God of everything. He is the owner of our life and death, good and evil.
God over everything.
