Hello everyone. Having think deeply of how we have come this far, one will see that it is grace that has sustained us thus far. God's grace is potent enough to get us substances from God. What I mean by substances in this context is blessings. Tell me what humanity has/had enjoyed without the involvement of Grace in it, and I will tell you how you've not come to realize that it can only be by his grace. God's Mercy can only be available and attainable through the administration of God's grace. The gift of salvation that is been available for us to enjoy is by the grace of God too.

Titus 2:11-12.

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

It is disheartening that some inaccurate definitions and understanding of some words in the scriptures especially in the Christian's world has led many away from the author of salvation. A teaching or doctrine that is not consistent with the scripture will lead men into a complete state of confusion and frustration. As believers, we must be careful of the kind of doctrine we give ourselves to. One of the term that seems clear to everyone of the Christian faith is GRACE

WHAT IS THE GRACE OF GOD?

God's grace is a special but unmerited favour man receives from God. It is a gift that when received, will pave way into getting some realities about God.

Ephesians 2:5-8.

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

It's by grace we are saved through faith. It is not as though we did a work to deserve this gift. It is not by our prowess that enables us to get this rare gift. No man should boost about anything he receives from God but rather see it as an avenue that God has decided to show him/her Grace.
Grace could also mean the sufficiency, enablement, or Access to do, what ordinarily you would not do.

1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

It is by grace that a man walks in the supernatural. Grace brings us divine strength and capability to do that which God has destined us to do. It may not look like it now, but when you stay and feed on his word, you will soon Begin to see yourself doing the extraordinary. When God calls a man, he Grace's him for the task ahead, job to be done and mission to be accomplished.

WHY DO YOU NEED THE GRACE OF GOD?

It is clear from the anchor scripture that grace is needed for the freedom from sin. It can only take grace for to do away with the works of sin.

We also need grace for to obtain Mercy from God. Like I did stated, everything we receive is by the administration of God's grace which includes MERCY. When you see a man who tend to enjoy God's grace, such we never lack his Mercy.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Grace is throne that dispenses Mercy. You need Mercy, Approach the throne of Grace

Titus 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

As much as the grace of God is expedient for us all, it must be understood that this same grace teaches us how best we can live righteously, soberly and godly thereby denying ungodliness and worldly lust. I have seen a lot of messages flying around that the grace of God can be available unto us even when we are still in sin. And off course, they justify their point via the bible, allegory and philosophical scope. One sure way that a man enjoys God's grace is that he will be empowered and strengthened to deny ungodliness and worldly lust. He will not choose to live such life. He would rather choose to live righteously, soberly and godly.

Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
