Greetings everyone. Welcome to my blog. Today was an hectic day for me. I mean, literally speaking, it was indeed a stressful day. Thank goodness that I stayed resolute to posting today, else, I wouldn't have been able to do so. After I layed low on my bed, I began to ponder on how I actually spent my day. I just couldn't believe that I went through all the stress. I wished I had strategically planned how best to spend the day, maybe I wouldn't have experienced a stressful day. In the middle of this thought, I came to understand that it will only take the living to go through challenges in life. Such challenge could be stress, frustration, discouragement, anxiety just to mention a view. I mean! It is normal that humans go through this life's phenomenal threats. Wait a minute! Have you ever thought it through that it is because you're counted among the living that made you feel that situation even as you think it affects you. Can the dead express how they feel about a situation. NO WAY! Only the living can experience such. Most times, we praise God only for the wonderful things he has done in our life. The question is, how often do you praise God when you face challenges. David said in one of his Psalms that I will bless the Lord at all times and his praises shall continue to be in my mouth. In other words, weather it is convenient or not, I have chosen to make praising him a lifestyle. I think we need to learn this attitude of Thanksgiving. A quick one to what it is to praise God. Join me as we take a closer look at this piece titled praising God at all times

I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

The word praise according to it's root word from Hebrew is YADAH which means to give thanks, to honour, to appreciate, to give glory or to eulogises someone.
Praise is an expression of gratitude and respect towards God, especially in song and in lifestyle. Just as earlier stated, the Bible commands every believer to praise God regardless of the circumstances, condition or challenges one might be facing.
1 Thessalonians 5:18.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Remember it is God's will that we should praise in all things. Because it is is will in Christ Jesus that all men praise him.
WHY MUST WE PRAISE GOD AT ALL TIMES.
It is command from the Lord. (Psalm 150:6)
Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
The Bible says all things that has breath should praise the Lord. This is to tell you that all things God has made are created to bring unto him pleasure and one such is by praising him. All things are for his pleasure. I put it to you that it is an abuse of existence when you fail to praise God. How to live a purposeful Life is by praising him that created you. This is why we are created.
Isaiah 43:21
This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.
HOW CAN WE PRAISE GOD AT ALL TIMES?
By singing always from our heart.

Ephesians 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
We can effectively praise God by making Melody in our heart through songs that edifies. We have seen people who went through difficulties in life and they saw it as an opportunity to praise God and guess what happened, they were able to scale through such challenge. No matter what you are passing through, learn to give God praise and see what happens. He will sure turn things around for you.
We can also praise through our lifestyle. A man who is not a child of God cannot live a life that brings praises unto to God. A man who is yet to encounter JESUS will only sing with his mouth and not from the heart. You will offer an acceptable praise unto God when you choose to live a purpose driven life according to his will and plans for your life.
And off course, it comes with loads of benefits. One of such is that you will be able to build a firm relationship with God. Healings come when we choose to stay in the place of worship. We seen such miraculous events. It is real.
Praise is a part of common goal of getting closer to God. We should not praise him only when we are told to but we must make praises a daily and continuous activity and a lifestyle.
If you want to praise God at all times, then you must be willing to accept him as your LORD! The ruler of your life. Invite him today! Invite him to stay!
