Updating the whole strategy from the beginning | New and Updated strategy for PLAGIARISM
Greetings Everyone !
Firstly I'll WELCOME to all of you, as you have seen in the title and thumbnail now we are again updating the whole process of Endingplagiarism !
No doubt @endingplagiarism was working at full flow and everything was running smoothly but from last two or three months the cases of Fraud as well as practicing of Plagiarism were alot.
We have seen many reports of victims as their accounts got hacked due to these scammers.
Though due to some personal issues after stepping down of X endingplagiarism we couldn't contribute so much and i feel sorry for that :( but here is again this section is going to be most active and in working position.
Alot of things needed to be compromised yes I know very well but this time we aren't going to leave it now the New and Updated project will be in working mood. More over I have seen it very closely that from 60 to 70% users are getting upvotes on their copied content i mean they are stealing the original content of other users without knowing to them as well as to community Admins & moderators that's so bad.
In this regard we will also give roles to some efficient and active users and will give them the title of "PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR" through process of application ! And without any hesitation I'll also
catch plagiarist and will make reports on it.
As everyone knows how hard and difficult to catch plagiarist, in this regard I'll personally request to @steemcurator01 for the booming support to encourage the users who will work as private investigator, because i have seen and observed that once there was a time in this community more than 10 users were catching plagiarist and making good reports,their reports were use to be very handy but as the support ended everyone has left their tasks except few of them !
Without any doubt i will appreciate the work of @kiwi-crypto he is still in an action that's pretty good to see,but we need more big fishes to support this most important project of fighting against PLAGIARISM and i am sure this time we will do our best and will get good enough support to tech good lessons to the naughty students.
Our private investigators as well as me myself will run a campaign in each and every active community for the awareness of Steem and to fight against PLAGIARISM,as well as how to treat the scammers and hackers to avoid from the loss of account and ttheir money.
We will also ask from community and it's admins/mods the support by delegating their steem power in regard to earn a reward and as well as to show their love in fighting against the scammers and users who use to plagiarist, reason behind this is that sometimes we may have to face some strong Steemit fellows whose Steem power and reputation is higher then our this Ep04 account so that's why the need of the hour is as possible to get steem power to teach bad actors in good way.
I'll be focusing more on Newcomers community because lack of knowledge many new users don't know about Plagiarism so with the help of @cryptokannon we I'll make things easier for newcomer's and all information will be sent to greeters helpers to guide new comers if they use to practice plagiarism.
At the end I'll say yes i know things wouldn't be as easy as looking right now but persistent and hard work will be good enough to catch plagiarist, scammers and hackers.
Our major and most important task is to have a safe Steem platform for each and every user,in this regard vote/account farming will be considered as most dangerous form of scam and plagiarism,there will be zero tolerance regarding vote farming.
By time to time we will keep making changes to make more updates to reduce all the risks of scam,fruad and regarding plagiarism and moreover if you have better ideas then do mention me or drop your comments below surely I'll listen and if necessary changes will be made without any hesitation.
I do believe this Blockchain should be free from scams,fruads and practice of plagiarism and real content should be appreciated the way it deserves.
Now final words will be from @steemcuraotor01 and i hope Sc01 will appreciate this new strategy and will support Ep04 in this regard :)
Moreover i also want to listen from @endingplagiarism and from @the-gorilla to improve our task as possible as we can.

As steemcurator01 mentions, the community of the month applications are a good place to look. If you find plagiarised content, inform the admins and moderators and if they don't take action, then the Steemit Team will look upon their applications less favourably. You've probably seen this post which is aimed at the community leaders to put more of an onus on them to catch and deal with plagiarists. Please share this with community leaders when you find plagiarised content.
I don't believe that the daily plagiarism reports are the best use of time as it will be an endless, demoralising task of highlighting abusers on the platform. These users often use upvoting services or are using high powered accounts for farming. A well known account with over 1,000,000 Steem Power is farming quite heavily and there's no hope of getting that kind of delegation. - You'll also have seen the consequences of abusing the role of community leader...
If community leaders Label plagiarists (as my post suggests) and mute repeat offenders, then in time, they'll have nowhere to go and at least we'll know some communities are plagiarism free (meaning that the curators and booming know they can upvote content with confidence).
I think we need to move away from individual reports asking @endingplagiarism or @endplagiarism04 or any of the rest of the team to take action across the entire Steemit platform. Instead, the community leaders should be being tagged and failure to act should result in a loss of support.

I'll appreciate your thoughts no doubt you have spoken the truth,but i have seen from all angles and found it more good to establish this project.
Indeed i have read out your post that was the best guidelines for the community Admins/moderators but still i feel alot of things missing and it's so true when you closed the endingplagiarism task the numbers of plagiarist and hackers got increased.
It's pretty good that admins and mods of every community follow the guidelines given by you but still somewhere an external team needed to stop all these bad activities by bad actors as because i came across that many admins/mods don't wants to lose their members so sometimes they deal with them politely, i apologize if may be I'm wrong but it's my point of view too.
So I don't have any intentions but only to fight against plagiarism and all kinds of fraud and scammers !
And moreover I'll not only depend upon private investigators I'll also work on this task personally.

I would like to be part of the anti-plagiarism team, I assure you that I will do a great job investigating what I like to do the most and more if it is about catching an offending user doing plagiarism.
I have an idea because they don't create a discord server where private investigators can deliver their detailed report on the plagiarist as you mention there are powerful accounts that are cultivating votes with plagiarized posts and nobody does anything about it and if one makes a post pointing to the culprit there is the possibility that this attack the private investigator lowering his reputation with his negative vote.
And I'm talking about very large whales.

As a moderator of the Writing & Reviews community, I have seen all kinds of fraud in terms of plagiarism of content, images and even duplicates of content. From our community we have done a great job to catch offenders, however, these criminals move to other communities to repeat patterns. Is there a way to lower their reputation? Is there a possibility to add them to a blacklist? It would be very good if they could be identified every time they make a Post.

I have read your post and agree to the private investigation role in this fight against plagiarism. Also, it is important to reduce the reputation or blur the post that is illegally posted on steemit, and delay to months or years the payout of the offenders.
