We get wiser and know the true value of ourselves as we get older.
I am not afraid of what I see there because I am myself. Physical imperfections are there and since I was little I accepted them as part of me.
I have been watching at myself right from my childhood and my views about myself are changing every passing year. My best wishes.

To the extent that we live and understand the teachings that it gives us, our perspectives are sharper. Sometimes, we change our criteria about ourselves, we lovingly accept what we cannot change and other times we grow because we have more experiences.
