Its first robotic utility vehicle concept

Between December 3 and 6 we saw provocative ideas, but now we enter the practical world. iREX EXPO 2025 showed that many robots are already ready for real operation or one step away from reaching the market. Instead of simple conceptual models, we saw functional machines and commercial products signaling that the future has arrived. One of the notable launches came from Hyundai Motor Group, which surprised by announcing its first robot in mass production, known as Mobed.

Ready to be used in factories, hospitals and streets.

The device is a four-wheeled autonomous mobility platform about the size of a small coffee table, capable of transporting loads or equipment with incredible stability. Born as a concept in 2022, it evolved rapidly and appeared at the iREX EXPO 2025 to be a manufacturing-ready investment equipped with AI and Lidar sensors, capable of leveling on inclined or uneven terrain.

Hyundai confirmed two models, MobED Pro and Basic, with sales expected in the first half of 2026, both demonstrated live at the show as a kind of robotic utility vehicle that could soon circulate in factories, hospitals or even on our streets delivering packages and performing various tasks.
