Beautiful sunflower flower

In this publication I want to share my experience with the cultivation of this beautiful sunflower plant, which is very easy to grow and can be sown in the garden of your homes, it requires sunlight and it grows in at least two months of cultivation. From my experience, I can share that this plant grows over 2 meters tall and has large leaves.

For each stem of the plant, it produces at least 3 buds, which will become beautiful yellow flowers and will open in the direction of the sun.
As a curious fact about the flower, its seeds can be extracted and placed in a pan with salt and roasted over low heat, after a few minutes you can enjoy a delicious cooked seed, with a wonderful flavor.

Reflection:
My experience in these days of confinement has been that sowing and cultivating in the garden, provide opportunities for connection with the earth and with it balance at the energy level.
