actually, I get around 43 PNUT daily, so it takes around 25 days to get 1200 PNUTs.
In 1200 PNUTs you will get 10% upvote. For 100% you are required to send 10 times 10% that is 12000. but as the PNUT price is very high these days they are asking for only 10000 PNUT for 100% upvote.
