Hopefully everyone is doing well and enjoying great health.I am also good by the grace of God.Today I'm going to participate in this amazing contest "Brush Brush Brush,Make the World Smile". This contest is organized by @steemdoctor1 in the community "Steem4Bloggers" So lets begin this post.

Brushing your teeth every day is not only done just to keep your breathe fresh and mouth clean. It plays a crucial role in maintaining good oral and overall health. Plaque and bacteria buildup can be removed by brushing. Every day, bacteria form a sticky layer on the teeth's surface called plaque. When the teeth have not been brushed, it may "feel fuzzy." Teeth brushing helps in keeping the teeth and gum healthy. It helps in the prevention of gum disease and tooth decay.so daily Brush is very important for all of us to maintain healthy teeth.

What role does the teeth brushing play in the maintenance of the health of our teeth?
Teeth brushing is very essential for the maintenance of the health of our teeth.

Following are some of the roles that teeth brushing plays in the maintenance of the health of our teeth:

  • It is important to brush regularly. Refusal to brush for many days may lead to gum disease.

  • Brushing on regular basis prevent tooth decay that can lead to dental cavities.these cavities are the formation of holes in the teeth which may lead to tooth loss.

  • Brushing also helps to prevent bad breath.which may potentially discourage people from talking to you.

  • Brushing also prevent the development of gum disease.refusal of brush for many days can cause gum disease.

  • Brushing also helps in the removal of plaque.


What do you prefer? Multiple times brushing or single time per day?
According to my preference,we should do brush twice a day.i.e:after waking up and before going to bed.After Brushing at night,we should not eat or drink anything.we should use the toothpaste that contains flouride in it.in this way we can keep our teeth healthy.as Brushing twice wash away those particles which later can harm our teeth.

Following are some tips and techniques for effective teeth brushing:
  • Brush twice a day.i.e:after waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night.

  • Using a flouride toothpaste is the best choice for protection against tooth decay.

  • Choose the right brush.i.e:some people prefer hard brushes and some prefer soft ones.but soft ones are more effective.

  • Change your brush after 2 or 3 months.

  • Don't use too much pressure while brushing.this may damage the teeth.

  • Atleast brush for 2 minutes.aand don't forget to brush your tongue.

Yes of course they do.brushing regularly make our teeth healthy.and healthy smile is the most beautiful smile.

Take care of your teeth and they will take care of you.

So for a healthy life keep your teeth clean as they will helps to smile good and a good smile had a great effect on ourselves and others too.


Conclusion
Practicing good dental care can keep our teeth and gums healthy .brushing daily, having healthy food and regular dental check-ups can help in avoiding cavities,gum problems and other dental issues.

I also prefer brushing our teeth twice a day is so important I. E morning and night, it's keeps our teeth healthy and prevent mouth odour. Nice one!
