Yesterday was a beautiful day. Every day is beautiful to everyone, but Friday was exceptionally beautiful from all the other days. Since morning, a different feeling was working in my mind. I don't like to stay out of my house, I feel bad in my heart. So I was feeling a little bad since morning. Even then I adapted because I have to do something in life. Some days ago I was giving it an interview. That interview will be on 29th June 2024 in Dhaka. I was preparing everything since morning. Because I have to train there for a month. I left home before 12 o'clock to leave for Dhaka.
I first came to Kumarkhali bus stop. When I came to Kumarkhali, I went to a studio shop. They asked me to give lab pint photos for the job. I went to a studio in Kumarkhali. As it takes time to make lab print photos, by then it was time for prayer, then I went to a mosque for Jumma. I came after praying. After that, I took six photos.Took 220 taka or 11 steam from me to make six copies. Then after finishing work there I came to Kumarkhali bus stand.
Since I have to travel a long way I looked for a direct bus to Dhaka. Then I went to a nearby Rabeya Paribahan bus ticket counter. I went there and first asked the ticket price. Then I also found out where the seat will be given. The person sitting at the ticket counter told me, there is a blank letter on the back. I was not willing to take the ticket at first. It is really difficult to sit in the back seat of the bus. As it might be late in the night for me to reach there, I did not find any way, so I agreed to go to Dhaka by sitting in the back seat. But one thing was good that the back seat was next to the window. I was charged 500 taka or 25 steem for the ticket. The bus left shortly after I boarded the bus.
Shortly after we left the bus, it started raining. But it didn't rain. It was still raining lightly, I opened the back side window glass. The light raindrops started to fall on my face. I was getting a different kind of peace then. After such a short time, I saw that it was not raining anymore. It was not raining in the area where I was. I was tired because of the whole day's work. So I leaned back on the seat and slept for some time. This is how I came to the ferry terminal. A Jhal Muri vendor from Ferighat boarded the bus to sell Jhal Muri. I bought Jhalmuri worth 20 tk to relieve sleep and fatigue.
We were stuck in traffic for some time as there were few ferries at the ferry wharf. Anyway, finally we arrived. After arriving at the ferry, I left my bags on one side and came out from inside the bus. There is a lot of water in the river now. There are many big waves. Last time I was coming to Dhaka, there was not much water in the river. It was very windy. I stood on the ferry and enjoyed this beautiful weather and the gentle waves of the river. Since my bags were inside. I didn't stay out long, he thought. Then again went inside the bus. It took us about 50 minutes to cross the ferry ghat. Anyway we crossed the ferry beautifully without any danger. Alhamdulillah.
After crossing the ferry, our bus started its journey again. The weather outside was very beautiful as I was near the window and I was enjoying everything outside through the window. I took some pictures of the outside with my mobile phone. The bus continued like this. Traveling. Although all the back roads were crossed without any traffic jam, we got stuck in traffic jam for some time after coming to Savar Nabinagar.Last Friday many tourists came to visit Nabinagar National Memorial on Friday. Many people come here every Friday from other days. When I used to live in Dhaka, I used to visit the memorial every Friday.
Our bus reached Dhaka Gabtali. Then I took another bus to Gulistan. Soon it was evening and night. Then after I reached Gulistan, I took a rickshaw to go to my cousin's mess. I sat in the rickshaw and took some photographs of the busy city at night. I saw a horse cart on the side of the road. The kind of carriages that rich people used to have in the old days. Used a car like that. I took a few pictures from the current risk.
Anyway met my cousin and went to fix a hotel. As I only stay for one night. So I was looking for a hotel with low cost. Anyway in no time I found a hotel. 400 taka or 20 steem for night stay.
took rent After taking all my information from me then took a picture and gave me the room key. Then went to the room and freshened up. I was very hungry. After getting fresh, I came down to a hotel and had dinner. Then I went to the room and slept. After traveling all day, I fell asleep quickly.
Thank you all so much for reading my post. I tried to present my last day's traveling nicely. How was my travel blog today? Hope you comment. Thanks again everyone, stay well. Allah Hafeez.
