My hubby worked in Japan as dye casting personnel for 5 years. He was assigned in Nagoya. During pandemic time, he didnt signed a contract for an extension because he really wanted to go home and hug Matheena for the first time. Since corona virus hit all over the world, we just had a little business to supply our needs in addition to my salary as a teacher. After a year, he tried applying in Japan but his skills was still not in need. So, he tried New Zealand, unfortunately only 1 applicant was able to make it. And tried Canada, and he was finally able to make it. And now, he already in Canada for almost 3 months already.

Being an OFW is not really easy, Yes you have money but the memories you will be making with your loved ones is already difficult to make. And since its our both decision, we really had to fight for it.

And not only my hubby worked abroad, my sister and my brother is also in Japan. My sister is already 5 years their and my brother is 1 year. And on that span of years, they both decided to gave us something from their.

It was delivered last week and we opened it when everyone arrived from work.

We receive shoes and sandals. And since its their 2nd time to deliver us a balikbayan box, they decided to prioritize us this time. Because the first balikbayan, we shared it to our aunties and uncles. And this time, they just sent a small one for us.

My brother bought his wife an original mk bag as a prize for being a mother of three. It is a bit expensive but its worth the price because its not easy raise 3 kids alone. And she deserves it.

We also receive some clothes from my sister. She bought it for an affordable price only and some of it were his old clothes and croptops.

We also receive some chocolates and cup noodles. By the way, the balikbayan box is for us my sis family and his hubby's family.

We dont ask for it because we wanted them to save money especially she is already pregnant today. But its their desire to share their blessings. They even told us that they were there not only for theirself but for their family as well. And I am so grateful that my sister and her partner has this mindset. I am praying that God will continue to bless them and will give them a healthy baby after 9 months.
