The Diary Game 26 th March A Pump Day💪💪

Hey guys I am Shubham Singh and probably after getting verified this is my second diary. Hope you guys are doing good. So here I am presenting my diary with you people.

So generally my day starts a bit late as I am not an early to bed person. So the first thing I do in the morning after getting up at around 8:30 am is taking a cup of black coffee to boost my metabolism. Followed by the coffee starts my next task of the day is getting myself charged with a cup of milk tea.

The next task of mine is planning my day as it keeps me motivated. Planning is the first step of getting ahead so for me it's very important to keep myself busy and going ahead.

Had a light breakfast of some oats and a glass of milk and having made my bed I got ready for visiting my sister's house as I had an urgent work there.

While returning I met with an accident of a hot bowl of pulses which fell on my foot which was indeed very painful. On consulting with my sister I applied and ointment on my foot.

At 1:30 p.m. after having my lunch of chapati and green vegetables along with a bowl of curd and green salad. I headed towards my gym to provide training to my clients.

Our gym consists of two trainers me and a guy so basically my time of providing training starts from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm in between I myself have to practice my poses for competition and complete my workout.

my dinner for today

Around 10:55 pm I reach my home and after taking a warm water bath I had my dinner as I was starving with hunger.

Having completed my dinner I played some online games and this is how my day got ended today . Slowly and gradually I am trying to indulge myself more on this platform to get the tag of an active member. Here my post comes to an end will see you in my next blog
