But even in its raw form, the benefits of the mushroom are greater than the harm. After walking through the forest for a long time, I pick a fly agaric and eat about half of its leg. This is enough to maintain strength and no negative effect) It's all about the dose, and it's individual.

Это очень полезный гриб, но надо правильно им пользоваться. В сухом виде мухомор не содержит яда, яд в процессе сушки переходит в психотропное вещество. Но даже в сыром виде пользы от гриба больше, чем вреда. Долго гуляя по лесу я срываю мухомор и съедаю примерно половину его ножки. Этого хватает на поддержание сил и никакого негативного эффекта )
Всё дело в дозе и она индивидуальна для каждого.
