Hello, Good Day Everyone

Welcome back again to my food diary pst. This time I will do something that different from my previous posts, which is what I am sharing you is what my dinner is. Usually I am sharing my lunch in this post, but this time it is a dinner.

My dinner today was Gulai Sapi. Gulai is Curry and Sapi is Cow. Here in Indonesia, we usually have Goat or Cow in curry soup. I do not sure whether it should be called as Beef Curry, because from my opinion, the name of curried beef stew is more fit with this dish.

The beef cuts had many fat on them. Well, I buy this curry from a street food stall, so I won't expect anything marvelous from it. Recently there are many restaurant that use Wagyu beef and blend it into some local or traditional dishes, but I do not like that. I prefer this way, which is a traditional way and more natural one.

Somehow Indonesian love cracker or crips, so it doesn't matter what is our dish, we usually have some crackers like this as our side menu. This colorful cracker is onion cracker, although it has onion in its name, do not expect any onion taste nor flavor comes from them.
