You live in a very beautiful place @stef1, what I want to experience being in Scotland are your kinds of food products out there, it will be a whole different world for me. 👍
It is really nice place, I believe we human in general do not appreciate what we have. We always want to be there where we never been thinking that it is better there. I love the nature here and tradition, the history and heritage. But I think long term to live I am not sure. We will see where we land :)
