Rice paper roll as my dinner

My family loves rice paper roll
Of course it's always my pleasure to cut and cook all those ingredieants 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

Key ingredients are Beef, Avocado, Pineapple, Coriander and rice noodle but I didn't have Coriander as this wasn't planned

Slice cucumber,carrot, mushroom, pineapple, Avocado and lettuce

Cook off rice noodle, egg, spam and beef

Also today I added leftover chicken cutlet for crispyiness🙇‍♀️

With peanut sauce its great meal🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️
Left over will be Bibimbap tomorrow🙇‍♀️
