| В Старице - живописном старинном городе в Тверской области – мы с друзьями побывали 02 июля 2023 г. Мы приехали ради великолепных видов на этот город, расположенный на берегах Волги в её верховье. | My friends and I visited Staritsa, a picturesque ancient city in the Tver region, on July 02, 2023. We came for the magnificent views of this city, located on the banks of the Volga in its upper reaches. |
| Хочу начать с одной фотографии. Это самое первое, что мы увидели, подъехав поближе к реке. И сразу же поняли, что не зря приехали. Красота! | I want to start with one photo. This is the very first thing we saw when we drove closer to the river. And we immediately realized that we had not come in vain. Beauty! |
| Живописный луг спускается к Волге на том берегу, где мы стоим. На другом берегу в обрамлении деревьев комплекс 19 века: Борисоглебский собор и Спасская церковь-колокольня. Эти храмы нуждаются в реставрации. Работы уже проводятся. В тот день, когда мы были, в Спасской церкви митрополит проводил службу. | A picturesque meadow descends to the Volga on the bank where we are standing. On the other bank, framed by trees, is a 19th-century complex: Boris and Gleb Cathedral and the Spasskaya Church-bell tower. These temples are in need of restoration. The work is already underway. On the day we were there, the Metropolitan was holding a service in the Church of the Savior. |
| Чуть ниже и левее за кронами деревьев видна Церковь Параскевы Пятницы, очень интересная архитектурно. Сейчас она в аварийном состоянии, но работы по восстановлению уже ведутся. | A little lower and to the left behind the treetops you can see the Church of Paraskeva Pyatnitsa, very interesting architecturally. Now it is in disrepair, but restoration work is already underway. |
