Snowy forest

I often think about what led me to take pictures. And I have long since found the key moment when my love of beauty manifested itself in me – I looked at postcards with landscapes and pocket calendars with images of nature and cities.

As a result, I have accumulated a huge collection of pocket calendars.

I also liked to look at illustrations in books and magazines about photography or nature.

At that time, I already had that inner feeling that made me a photographer myself - I could be transported to a place in a picture and walk there with the help of my imagination.

It began to manifest itself so strongly that I began to smell and hear sounds...

When I started taking pictures, I still didn't understand and didn't realize where it came from.

It wasn't until many years later, when I became interested in metaphysics in photography, that I got to the root cause.

Now I often want to make the same soulful pictures as on old postcards.

That's why I sometimes refer to some pictures as postcards.

I visited the snow-covered forest near the village of Golubkovo near the Sokolovsky spring for the first time and I liked it here.

I liked the variety of trees, there are clearings and exits to the fields.

In places, the forest is dense and dense...It looks like a park in places.

Walking through the snowy forest, I had an incredible pleasure!

It's been a long time since I've had such beauty in my walks and pictures!

It feels like I'm in my childhood...I used to ski through the winter forests a lot with my dog.

Winter is still in full swing, but I can already say that I liked it.

For the last year and a half or two, I have had a desire to capture the mood and manifestations of different seasons.

If spring or autumn are outright screaming with their manifestations and have to be imprinted, then I had difficulties with winter.

In general, I've taken a lot of good winter photos in my photographic life.

But for the last two years, I didn't like and didn't want winter.

This year I decided to make up for lost time and photograph all the manifestations of winter as much as possible.

In addition, this year's winter offers a wide variety of subjects.

This walk will be remembered for a long time.

And I will return to this forest more than once for a walk!
