Morning rime
My favorite, and indeed of all landscape photographers, weather phenomenon in winter is definitely hoarfrost! This atmospheric phenomenon is often confused between hoar and rime. I have already written about the differences between them and I will not focus on them.
In short, everything on the trees is rime.
Frost can occur on the ground or grass in spring or autumn.
But people have become too lazy to pronounce a long word, and everyone calls this phenomenon rime.
There is a similar phenomenon in appearance when sticky snow falls and envelops everything in white.
I'll call it like everyone else: rime.
So, frost looks great everywhere, both in the city and in nature.
Most often, the morning frost disappears with the bright rays of the sun - it literally melts before our eyes.
But if it's cloudy, the frost can last for several days.
Or it can disappear during the day and reappear in the evening for several days in a row.
Nature is an amazing thing and unpredictable.
That's why I love all natural, weather, and atmospheric phenomena!
