Friday Thoughts, Floods in the City Photography 110725
Our country had enough of the typhoon. Being battered by series of 6 typhoons, imagine the fear and hardships it causes to my countrymen. All we're hoping that it's the last one this year. It should be the better weather already according to the weather cycle but everything has changed already.
Floods in the City
The city of Dagupan has been experiencing the worse of the floods. Even few rains or none, flood occurs. As you can see in the picture, it's not raining and the weather is good. Yet the flood remains in one of the city's main roads.
