Sunday Thoughts, Under Construction Photography 042526

I remember back then when I was still single. I was invited to deliver a discourse (in sign language) at the town of Buguias, the mountainous province of Benguet. I was initially skeptical to go but I went on so I can fulfill what I had promised. It turned out as vacation for me as well. In the midst of mountainous areas of the country, felt like a escape from problems and stresses. At times, going to distant places can be reinvigorating.

A year ago along with my wife and brother, we had a vacation at my elder brother's place. That time, my brother may need it after a rollercoaster-like situation. He's not saying anything because he used to be silent regarding problems. I'm glad he agreed to go with us.

In some situations, distance can be a good escape. It serves as a recharge so we have energy to face life again.

There are a lot of projects in our town that are under construction. Some of those projects has costed the environment with countless of trees being cut down.
